The Life Sciences 11 curriculum enables learners to acquire a solid comprehension of living systems and acquire the knowledge required to analyze these living systems. By completing this course, learners will be able to describe major concepts in biology, including cell biology, genetics, evolution, and ecology, and how these concepts are related to real-world issues. Scientific inquiry skills are also developed through lab work, data analysis, and effective communication of results. Through this course, learners are prepared for senior science and enhance their critical and scientific inquiry skills.
