This course expands on the accelerated learning that started in Incentive Math 8. Students will finish the rest of the Math 9 program and will work through the entire Foundations and Pre-Calculus 10 curriculum in a single year, which means that the class will move quickly and dig deeper into more important ideas. It is designed for students who are eager to learn math at a higher level and enjoy being challenged. Throughout the year, students may take part in enrichment opportunities such as contests or extended math projects. Completing this course provides credit for Foundations and Pre-Calculus 10 and opens the path to Foundations 11, Pre-Calculus 11, or Enriched Mathematics 11.
